Delivery Information

POSTAGE
All orders are sent registered. 

Depending on where you live, you may need to pay customs fees upon receipt of the item. I cannot be held responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. 


PRINT SCHEDULES

Artworks are printed on demand, as it assures the longevity of each print.

Prints are ordered on Tuesday and Friday after 3pm GMT. This means that if you ordered your print on Friday at 6pm, you will have to wait until Tuesday for me to fulfil my order with my printing lab. This method reduces the carbon-footprint involved with the transport of each print.

Once I receive the print from the lab (3-10 working days), I will prepare the artwork to send to you.


REFUNDS

If an order has been made prior to me ordering your print from my lab, a full refund will be made.

However, if I already placed an order with my lab, I am afraid I won’t be able to provide any refunds, as all prints are made to order.

RETURNS
All sales are final, so please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. 


LOSS

All items are sent registered and with proof of delivery. If your item is missing, I will contact the post office to provide information about the parcel. However I cannot be responsible for any losses or missing items, as it is the postal service responsibility to have your print to arrive to you intact.

Please ensure you provide a safe address to leave your artwork, in case you won’t be home to accept it.


DAMAGED PACKAGES
All prints are packed carefully prior to shipping, however if you notice any damage to the package, please DO NOT accept the parcel and ask the courier to return it. Please also email us immediately afterwards explaining the situation.


DAMAGED PRINTS

I will personally package each print to make sure they get to you intact. If for any reason, your print arrives damaged due to transit, please contact me within 48h of receiving the artwork. In your email you should include photos of the damaged item as proof. If we find the print to be damaged, we will send you a new print at no extra cost to you.
If the item is a limited edition, we will number it in accordance to the print you received. So if you bought the 3rd print, the replacement will now be considered the 3rd print, and the damaged print will be deemed as void.
